Jr. High Bible Study

Join us on Sunday, September 8 at 6:15pm in Room A142 as we launch our Fall Bible Study for Jr. High! (7th-8th Grade).

The study will be taught by Pastor Mike Cariker and will be over the book, Jesus > Religion that helps students grow and understand that Jesus is better than anything this world has to offer and how they can be better followers of Jesus!

Sign up is not required for this Bible study.

High School Community Groups

This past summer, we introduce a new format for Bible study by meeting in a home. We’re continuing this idea by launching new Community Group Bible Studies where high school students can meet in different locations around the O’Fallon area on Wednesday nights at 6:15pm.

The goal of this is to create an environment where students are comfortable to share and speak, while opening up the opportunity to invite their friends who might not normally walk into a church building.

Each Community Group will cover a different topic/subject and there will be an option at the church for those who wish to remain on the church campus. Sign up for these groups is required and can be done before or after the morning/evening worship services or by contacting us.

We believe God is going to do incredible things through our community groups and pray that high school students can join and be a part of one of the different groups we offer!

COMMUNITY GROUP OPTIONS

*Seamless (Girl’s study led by Ellen Atterberry)
Focuses on teaching girls how the different people, places and promises tie together into the greater story of the Bible.

*The God I Know (Girl’s study led by Jen Dugger)
A study for girls that walks them through the attributes of God and how that impacts true, biblical doctrine.

To Live Is Christ, To Die Is Gain (Co-ed study led by Evan Morris at the church)
A walk through the book of Philippians that shows students what it means to grow in spiritual maturity.

*Authentic Love: Christ, Culture and the Pursuit of Purity (Guy’s study led by Nick Waterman)
A study that teaches guys that God created us for a life that seeks personal holiness and how our culture, through sexual immorality, has distorted that plan.

*These groups will meet in the homes of the Community Group leader. Once a student has signed up, we will provide their home address.

Fall Retreat (Underground Weekend)

Join us for our Fall Retreat on October 12-14 at Lake Sallateeska Baptist Camp in Pinckneyville, IL. This is a powerful weekend of spiritual renewal, worship and Bible study (plus a ton of other fun events) for our Jr. High and High School students (7th-12th grade)
