SMS and Ticket Information

When you submit an IT support ticket, First Baptist Church O’Fallon (FBCO) may collect your name, work or school email address, phone number, ticket description, and information you choose to include in the ticket, such as device or location details and attachments.

Providing a phone number and agreeing to text messages is optional. If you check the SMS consent box on an IT ticket, FBCO may use your phone number to communicate with you about that specific support ticket, including questions, progress updates, and resolution information. Message frequency varies based on activity on your ticket.

Messages sent to or from the ticket-related text conversation may be recorded in the ticket history and shared with authorized IT support staff through FBCO’s ticketing and Google Chat systems to handle the request.

FBCO does not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
