Privacy Policy
Information We Access
With an authorized user’s permission, the uploader accesses YouTube channel information to confirm the upload destination and uploads videos and associated metadata, including titles, descriptions, and chapter timestamps.
It also processes church-provided recordings, transcripts, speaker names, and message information. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Contacts, or Google Drive.
How Information Is Used and Shared
Information is used to prepare, upload, and manage church message recordings. Selected videos and their accompanying metadata are sent to YouTube. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
The uploader’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and Retention
Recordings and generated files are stored on church-managed computers and network storage. Google authorization credentials are stored on the processing computer with restricted file permissions.
Recordings, transcripts, and upload records remain until removed by authorized church personnel. Uploaded videos remain on YouTube until removed through the channel.
Revoking Access and Requesting Deletion
An authorized user can revoke the uploader’s access through their Google Account’s third-party connections settings:
https://myaccount.google.com/connections
Revoking access prevents future authorized API activity but does not automatically delete previously uploaded videos or locally stored files.
For questions or requests concerning stored data or authorization credentials, contact alt.admin@fbcofallon.org. Requests will be reviewed by church personnel authorized to manage the affected account and records.
