We will be working with James and Sonya Herron, FBCO members serving as International Mission Board missionaries in Uganda.
We will be assisting the Ugandan medical team at the island clinics, teaching pastors and church leaders, encouraging believers, leading children’s ministry, and sharing the gospel on the Buvuma Islands in Lake Victoria. While on the islands, participants will be staying in tents and must be in reasonable health, able to walk distances and carry luggage, supplies, or whatever is needed.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Participants must be 16 years or older by July 1, 2022, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Passport with six-month validity at the time of RE-ENTRY into the United States (i.e. the last day of the trip).

Blank passport page (one page for entry stamp)
CDC COVID-19 (white) vaccine card
Yellow Fever (yellow) vaccine card
All other vaccines/immunizations required/needed.
RECOMMENDED
Check the CDC vaccines and medicines list for Uganda and visit your doctor at least a month before your trip to get vaccines or medicines you may need.
COST
Estimated cost: $3,200 per person
Cost is based on the cost for previous trips. Cost includes flights, Ugandan Visa, trip insurance, meals, lodging, & travel while in Uganda. Participants will be made aware of any additional costs not included.
