Bryson McGuire
Student Pastor

Bryson joined the staff at FBCO as the Pastor to Students in April of 2019 after serving in student ministry in Springfield, Missouri. Bryson met his wife, Sarah, in the college ministry of their church and they were married in 2016.

It was in high school that Bryson felt a call to ministry and began to understand and appreciate the investment that his student pastor and leaders had made in his life. It was then he knew he wanted to return that investment to the next generation and began serving in the student ministry at his church through discipling students, teaching a small group, and leading the Student Leadership team.

Knowing that many crucial life decisions are made during their time in school, Bryson has a strong passion to see students become fully-devoted followers of Jesus. He also has a desire to partner with parents and equip them as they are teaching their children to love and follow Jesus in a world that is ever-changing.

Bryson enjoys reading, taking his dog on walks, drinking coffee, traveling and writing. He also posts to his blog, brysonmcguire.com.
