$330 / Person for Single Occupancy Overnight Stay
Reservation required. Deposit due July 31.
Cost includes transportation (tour bus with a restroom), lodging, Ark Encounter entrance & tour fees, buffet meal at Emzara’s Kitchen, and a special Friday evening concert / show.
$125 deposit per person is due by July 31 with the remainder due no later than Thursday, August 11.
The first 54 people to make the $125/person deposit will be guaranteed a seat on the bus.
NOTE: This trip requires a minimum of 40 participants by August 11. Less than 40 and the trip will be cancelled and all monies refunded.
Friday, September 2
8:00AM – Depart First Baptist O’Fallon
Vandalia Tour Bus with onboard restroom.
1:15PM – Arrive at The Ark Encounter & Check In
2:45PM – Buffet lunch at the award-winning Emzara’s Kitchen
Included in the cost.
3:00PM – Make our way to the concert venue and get our seats
4:00PM – Gospel Concert by the Booth Brothers and the Jordan Family Band. Along with Comedian Dennis Swanberg (The Swan!)
Included in the cost.
6:15PM – Depart for Hampton Inn of Richwood
Lodging included in the cost.
Saturday, September 3
6:45AM – Free breakfast at our hotel
7:30AM – Depart hotel for The Ark Encounter
8AM - 2PM – Tour the Ark, Enjoy the grounds
Grab lunch on your own at one of the restaurants at The Ark Encounter.
2:15PM – Depart The Ark Encounter for First Baptist Church O’Fallon
We will not be stopping for supper, but will have snacks on the bus.
7:30PM – Arrive back at First Baptist Church O’Fallon
