FAQ

Who do I contact if I have any questions about Fuge Camp?
Contact the First Students team at fbcostudents@fbcofallon.org

What will accommodations and room arrangements be like?
This depends on the location where our camp is hosted. The majority of Fuge Camps locations are dorm rooms with 2-4 beds and shared bathrooms or community bathrooms. Specific information will be shared with parents as the camp date approaches.

Will there be high school students at Fuge?
Yes! Fuge is not just for Jr. High students but we only take our completed 6th-8th graders to Fuge Camp. Our group is together the majority of camp so your student’s interaction with a high school student or students from another church will be minimal.

Who will be watching over my student while at camp?
From First Students, we attempt to bring one adult for every 5-7 students. These adults are screened, background checked, and trained before attending camp. Fuge Staffers are available throughout the camp to help students and also follow strict background checks and training.

Is there any financial assistance available?
Yes! This year, we are starting something we’re calling the HelpGo Camp Scholarship. This is a specific scholarship that provides financial assistance because cost should never be a reason why a student cannot attend camp. When registering your student, a form will be available to request the HelpGo Camp Scholarship. For any questions, please contact the First Students team at fbcostudents@fbcofallon.org.

What does the camp cost go toward?
We charge as close to the cost of camp as we can while being able to also fund transportation. Camp costs and transportation costs have gradually increased over the years.
