T2 Mom (Titus 2: 4-5)
Provides care and biblical wisdom to her table of Moms. Supports the MLMs in any way they need assistance. Arrange meal trains for their table and augment other meals as needed with other tables.
MLM Coordinator (Moms Leading Moms)
Brings insight into ways MLMs can encourage, connect with and support their moms. She will equip them with tools needed to lead their tables. Help MLMs find resolutions to challenges that may arise. Participate in leadership meetings to better support the team.
MLM (Moms Leading Moms)
Leads the table as a fellow Mom. Encourages, supports, and loves on MTM mamas. Leads the table in group discussions and keeps their table connected. Plan any play dates, table events, and get-togethers to create community outside of MTM meetings.
Creative Coordinator
Organizes a team that plans and supervises our craft time. Participate in leadership meetings bringing creative insight to MTM meetings.
Production Coordinator
Creates and projects slides for each meeting. Controls the soundboard and other media. Takes pictures at events and meetings. Updates the MTM Facebook page. Participate in leadership meetings to better support the team.
Hospitality Volunteer
Leads a team that makes our meeting pretty and enjoyable by setting up our brunch. Coordinate clean-up after each meeting.
Administrative Volunteer
Supports the Assistant MTM Coordinator with financial tasks and manages the registration process.
