Hey, Life Group Leaders!
I believe that Life Groups has the potential to make the biggest, spiritual impact on a student’s life – at least this was true for my own life. Since March 2020, much of our efforts have been focused on surviving but now I believe the Lord has given us guidance on how to thrive and reach students who are not yet here!
This Sunday, September 12 we will have a Life Group Leader Meeting promptly at 9:40am in Gym Room 1 to discuss the future of our groups. This is a meeting that I am asking you make every effort possible to attend. If you will be gone, please let me know so we can arrange a time to call/video chat to discuss what we’re talking about – it’s that important!
Know that how we do Life Group is not changing, but instead, we’re going to talk about how we view Life Group and give us a vision for the future!
As always, anytime we have a leader meeting, our students will be doing a Master Teacher. During this time, Mariano will be sharing with them our new vision for Life Groups: belong, believe and become. Of course, this will be explained in greater detail this Sunday.
For those who like to look over material beforehand, below is all the material you will be given on Sunday and everything will be explained. Of course, you’re welcome to ask any questions beforehand!

LIFE GROUP STARTER GUIDE
Whether you’ve been a Life Group Leader for five weeks or five years, all Life Group Leaders are going to walk through this material. This way, when new leaders join, we’ve all covered the same introduction material.
LIFE GROUP 4 WEEK DISCUSSION GUIDE
This four-week discussion guide will be used for new Life Groups we start as we move forward with the vision of multiplication. For now, all our Life Groups will go through this material in order to help us cast new vision for what Life Groups will be:
September 12 – Belong, Believe, Become
September 19 – Inward (Acts 2)
September 26 – Impact (Matthew 7)
October 3 – Planning (Who’s Your One?)
DISCIPLESHIP GROUP STARTER GUIDE
In the past, these would have been called “Community Groups” and while they had a brief impact, they seemed to lack in fulfilling what our students most needed - intentional discipleship. These groups are not an expectation for you but an opportunity to help students go further in their faith.
