Purpose
To provide age-appropriate dependable nurturing care to children ages birth through Pre-K attending First Baptist Church O’Fallon ministry events
Education
Workers age 18 years and older with a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Expectations
The candidate for this position will:
Be of good moral and Christian character
Be willing to submit to background check
Provide name, number, address/email address of three references
Provide fingerprints (paid worker, 18 yrs. and older working during weekday hours)
Have knowledge of age-appropriate needs for children ages birth through Pre-K with the ability to adapt and interact with a variety of personalities
Have basic knowledge of first aid
Be polite, friendly, and courteous to all children, parents, coworkers, and FBCO staff
Be stable of physical, mental, and emotional health, able to lift up to 30lbs and able to be on the floor with children
Be able to communicate and follow instructions
Meet dress code requirements
Wear KidsCare ID at all times
Have reliable transportation, working phone numbers, and an email address
Keep confidentiality as a sacred trust
Adhere to all KidsCare Policy Guidelines
